By using mandvitapes.com or purchasing any artwork, commission, course, or consultation from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mandvitapes.com and all products, courses, commissions, and consultations offered by Mand-v Tapes, operated by Batool Mandvi, an individual artist based in Pakistan. By accessing the website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — artworks, course videos, written content, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Mand-v Tapes / Batool Mandvi, unless otherwise stated.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without written permission.
- Course content is licensed for your personal, individual use only — sharing logins, downloading, or redistributing lessons is prohibited.
- Buying a physical or digital artwork gives you ownership of that piece (or file, for digital work) for personal display or use only. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights — you may not print, resell as a reproduction, or use the image commercially without a separate written agreement.
3. Courses & Digital Products
Enrollment
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own learning. It cannot be shared, resold, or used to teach others without permission.A completion certificate is issued once the course is finished
Access
You get lifetime access to purchased courses, subject to platform availability. We may update, improve, or occasionally remove content, but will make reasonable efforts to notify you of major changes.

4. One-on-One Sessions & Consultations
- Sessions are booked for a specific date and time. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or free reschedule.
- If a session is conducted by video call, we do not record the session unless both parties agree in advance. Please do not record the session yourself without our consent.
- Feedback, guidance, and advice given during sessions reflect our personal artistic experience and opinion — they are educational in nature and not a guarantee of any particular artistic, academic, or commercial outcome.
- Payment is required in advance to confirm a booking.
5. Original Artworks, Commissions & Orders
- Orders are confirmed only once payment is received in full (or, for commissions, once any required deposit is received).
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including if an artwork has already sold or become unavailable — and will issue a full refund in that case.
- Commissions: Before work begins, we'll agree on the brief, size, medium, price, and number of revisions included. Once work has begun on a custom piece, it is non-refundable (see our Return & Refund Policy). Significant changes to the brief after work has started may incur additional charges or delays.
- Commissions: For a custom painting, the process works as follows:
- Concept & design — We create a concept sketch based on your requirements for a fee of USD 20 (non-refundable).
- Painting charges — Our painting rate is USD 150 per square foot; the final price is calculated once the size is agreed.
- Payment terms — 50% advance payment is required before we start painting, with the remaining 50% due on completion, before delivery.
- Delivery — Delivery cost is not included in the painting price and is the client's responsibility. Shipping is via Pakistan Post or a private courier, per your preference; a tracking slip is shared once the piece is dispatched.
- Framing — Not included in the above costs; framing can be discussed and priced separately if you'd like it.
- Once work has begun on a custom piece, it is non-refundable (see our Return & Refund Policy). Significant changes to the brief after work has started may incur additional charges or delays.
- All artworks are original, hand-created pieces. A Certificate Of Authenticity is provided for original physical artworks.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account on our site, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Mand-v Tapes is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to protect your credentials.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute course content or artwork images without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Mand-v Tapes
8. Payments
We currently accept payment via Payoneer. Full payment (or an agreed deposit for commissions) is required to confirm your order or booking. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice for future orders.
9. Shipping
Original physical artworks are shipped via Leopards Courier or Pakistan Post, depending on destination and package requirements. See our Shipping Information page for processing times, rates, and delivery estimates.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- We take great care in describing and photographing artworks and course content, but slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of the work.
- Mand-v Tapes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, artworks, courses, or consultations.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product, course, or session in question.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
