Ready-made pieces are carefully packaged by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
⏱ Commissioned / custom paintings require additional creation time before they're ready to ship — this will be discussed and agreed with you when you commission the piece.
We'll share the shipping cost with you before dispatch, so you know the total before it ships. For commissions, this is typically confirmed alongside your final 50% payment.
We ship within Pakistan via Pakistan Post or a private courier. Exact cost and delivery time depend on your city and the size of the piece, and will be confirmed with you directly when your order is ready.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking slip/number with you so you can follow your shipment's progress.

International shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on your country, the size/weight of the artwork, and the courier used, and will be quoted to you directly before dispatch. If you'd like an estimate before purchasing, feel free to message us with your location and the piece you're interested in.
💡 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping quote we recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us at mandvitapes@gmail.com with your order details. We'll follow up with the courier and work to resolve the issue.
