1. Digital Courses

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 2 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After 2 days or 20% completion (whichever happens first), the course becomes non-refundable — this lets us fairly account for the time and material you've already accessed.

• Course bundles (no partial refunds on bundles).

2. Original Artworks (Ready-Made / In-Stock Pieces)

Damaged on Arrival

If your artwork arrives damaged, photograph the damage (including all packaging) and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mandvitapes@gmail We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Returns must include the COA — a returned piece without it isn't accepted, since it'd leave a "certified" but unsold work in someone else's hands

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was significantly different from its description.

NO Return:

Custom / commissioned piece Altered or framed after delivery Sale items

3. Commissions

• The USD 20 concept/design sketch fee is non-refundable once the sketch has been created, regardless of whether you proceed with the full painting.
• The 50% advance payment to begin the painting is non-refundable once work has started, since the piece is being created specifically for you.
• The remaining 50%, due on completion before delivery, is not a deposit and does not carry separate refund rights — it is simply the final payment for a piece you've approved.
• If we are unable to complete a commission for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
• Delivery costs for commissions are the client's responsibility and are non-refundable once the piece has shipped.

4. One-on-One Sessions & Consultations

• Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll reschedule at no charge.
• Cancelling with 24+ hours' notice: Full refund.
• Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show: Not eligible for a refund, as the time was reserved specifically for you.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule: You'll be offered a full refund or a new time slot, whichever you prefer.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and review your return or refund request, we'll notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original Payoneer payment. Please note Payoneer's own processing time may add a few extra days before the funds reflect on your end.

6. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges on original artworks. If you'd like a different piece, please return the original (if it qualifies under Section 2 above) and place a new order separately.

7. Digital Files (Digital Art Sales)

Because digital artwork files can be downloaded and copied instantly, all digital art sales are final once the file has been delivered, except where the file is corrupted, unusable, — in which case, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
