Returns

Because customers are involved in approving the artwork during different stages (sketches, concept updates), returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted after delivery or order completion.

Damaged Delivery Exception

In case the artwork arrives physically damaged, customers must contact Mand v Tapes within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the packaging and artwork for review.
